During a 10 week cycle when is the best time/dosage to start taking nolvedex?

i like letrozal (spelling) better durring a cycle. Nova lowers igf levels.

just use it when u think gyno might be starting, same as letrozole.

Back to your original question, it depends on weather you are using a short ester like test prop or a long ester like test enth.

If you are using the long as most do you should wait 2 weeks after your last inject so in your case on week 13 you should rum 40mg......wk 14 30mg........wk 15 20mg

Oh ya, I assumed you meant for PCT.

Some people take any were from 5 - 20mg all the way through the cycle. But If your not gyno prone it might not be necessary.
