Right,thats it.I give up.Ive spent a whole month tryin to find something in this stinkin country thats similar to everclear or bacardi.........theres nothing.

Gonna have to cap it instead.:angry:

I'm confused, you don't have rum in England???? What about PG, PEG online? Not quite as tastey but works well. You could always oil base it too.

we have rum.....but nothing as strong as 151 or 190 % proof.I tried to import some everclear but the trader wouldnt send it internationally for some reason.

I have some peg(200-300-400),maybe i`ll try it,or maybe i`ll just buy a capper instead.

P.S if you know of a" var in oil "recipe that actually works.please let me know mate.

Also, I just used a 3:1 ratio of pg to malibu run and it tasted decent, never did it with peg, but it might be worth trying.

This is an old thread but for all those in the UK trying to find an alternative to Everclear,you can use this stuff:-

This is rated at 90% UK which is the Equiv of 180 proof in the U.S.
It comes in 50cl Half litre and 1 litre size bottles. :dizzy:
