well when i was 19 i've taken russian d-bol = 1 cycle
then i did 2 cycles wit thai d-bols
and my last one was "anapolon 50"

the last one was the worst because of extreme water retention + other very bad sides . i quit bodybuilding with 21 and started again with 25 . when i was doing those cycles i didn't know anything about nutrition , that sucked though .oh well i've never injected and i do not plan on doing so . i tyhink the way as i'm doing it know is pretty good for me . i know a lot about nutrition by now which helpes me so much . everything is so easy now . i pretty much stay at 6- 7 % bf all year round which is no problem . here anoyher pic from that photoshoot . i also thought about competing but i'm 6' and 185 lbs dry in peak condition . so i'm not big enough for my class (light heavy ?) and if i drop one class then i would have to lose like 6 more pounds or so to be at the top weight . so i'm just fine as it is right know but i really try to get pictures taken all year round or at least have 2-3 photosahoots because i really like to get in that peak condition and also do ing the same thing as you guys (sodium , water carbs , diuretics ....etc.)

Wow-- your have some genetics! You definitely did well with your depletion, etc. You have an awesome physique. The only thing that I see could be improved on if you decide to compete is more work on the delts. From the the front it looks a little flat but otherwise awesome.

no bulk pics .
yes i stay pretty lean all year round . so it's easy to get ready for an event sometimes it's just waterload and dehydration to look like that . i scale my food all year round .
all you need to get lean and muscular is DIET and RESISTANCE TRAINING . of course i still do my cardio to keep my heart in a good shape and to keep up my endurance

This guy really has great genetics. Considering how tight he is, he could easily fall into the natural model look.

On the other hand, with that amount of tightness, if he decides to go for size, he's sure to maintain a good taper, balance, and a great aesthetic look. He would easily maintain a good aesthetic model appearance, even if he adds more size.

It's really his call, which is rare.
