What do u wanna know about them??? U have to be more specific? Do you wanna know how to work each independently??? I have some books and knowledge on Type I, Type IIA, IIB, and motor recruitment patterns during exercise. Just let me know
Well it isnext to impossible to change a type I muscle fiber to a type II but you can change a Type IIb to a Type IIa. I will write a an exercpt from an article giving further explaination later after I get done with work b/c this requires alot of explanantion.
But to answer your question with a simple answer: Your muscles are built up of different combinations of all three muscle fiber types and depending on the exercise and the method whcih the body uses to produce the energy to create the force needed to perform the movement will depend on which muscle fiber or fibers (depending on the exercise) will be used during execution.
