I'm going to have to work hard to try not to lose too much muscle. But with all the conditioning I'm going to be going through, it will be nearly impossible. Any suggestions?

nice jay, i don't know about any suggestions but i know another guy who plays semi-pro at another board, i'll ask him for you.

he's gone, sorry.

congrats buddy, post the teams web site addy. so we can see what kind of meat balls your playin with

No, they dont test out their athletes.

I'll post a link later today. In our first tryout, I learned that our starting middle linebacker made 155 unassisted tackles in a 10-game schedule. That's impressive.

I don't do a whole lot of conditioning work myself, but, I do ride 20 miles 2 times per week at the fastest pace I can maintain.

My best times to date have come from using nothing but var. I have to assume this is because of its atp enhancing properties, and it would do nothing to preserve mass.

My worst times have been when using high doses of test enan, or IGF.

What I would do is use hgh year round at 2ius ed, a low dose of test susp or prop and eat a ton of protein.

I would do speed and agility work and alot of power movements to build a quick first step and exposive power to knock the shit outta ppl.

Eatingmachine, can you explain what you meant by worst times on high doses of enanthate and igf?

And if you would indulge me, what did you mean by best times to date on anavar? I'm sure I follow but I'd like to hear experiences if possible.

Sure Jay, what I mean is that I have a marked 20 miles that I ride 2 times per week. When I start my ride, I set my computer on the bike that measures all different kinds of things, but, time is the one that I watch the closest.

The absolute fastest I have been able to complete the 20 miles is 1:02, 1 hour 2 minutes. That was done while I had been off cycle for about 2 months and only using var as a bridge.

The worst times that I have posted lately were while using 2 grams of test e, eq, and tren e. I am sure the added weight that I carried played a part, however, the thing that i noticed the most was the pumps got so painful that I just could not push myself anymore.

IGF does the same thing to me as far as the pumps, just with slightly less boat than using test.

Average times dropped to about 1:10 while using high doses of test. That may not be significant to some, but, for a professional that would be a huge difference.

I hope that helps.

It does, thanks.

I was thinking of running a tren and prop cycle throughout the season and if the pumps are too much, drop the tren.

I played semi pro football last year, I was not on any gear and I lost 12 lbs and some strength, I was so sore that I could only lift a little bit every week. It was a blast and I was in good condition after the season. I'm going to play this year again, but with some test e and eq, I don't care about the pumps I just want to kick some ass. They don't test in my league.

there are no pics of the team on there. when do you guys start your season? what pos do you play.

sorry bud, i was asking jaywooly. but hey you sound pretty meaty, wouldn't want you chasin me.

Our first game is in April.

I play Outside and Middle linebacker, and both D end and D tackle. If you played semi pro, you pretty muchg have to learn several positions. I plan to spend most of my time at outside LB, even at my weight, I still have a bit beter speed that our other 2 Middle LB's.

I was 5'10 270lbs a couple of months back. I've been doing cardio like a mofo trying to get back into playing conditions. at 270, I was having trouble walking, lmao.

I'm 255 as of 4 days ago. Most of the weight I lost has been fat, as I notice most of my strength is equal to what it was at 270. If anything, my squats aren't quite what they were.

At 270 I was probably slightly higher that 20%. Right now, I'm at about 17-19% and feeling much lighter on my feet.

I anticipate to be in mid 240's by season starts. I dont want to be any lighter. I've spent too much time and money on this muscle, just to let it all burn up on a silly game, lmao.
