i'm out by 10 at night and up by 7 and and normally feel great. how important is it really ?

simply put.....i have to agree. Get at least 6 - 8 hrs of sleep daily. The body needs that down time to replenish and grow new cells.irishpride said:you grow when sleeping...you dont grow in the gym you grow outside it...
