12 egg whites and 8-9oz red potatoes (Hash Browns) and some ketchup and hot sauce.

Or 12 egg whites 1-1.5cups of oat meal put it in a blender and then poor it out on a frying pan and have pan cakes with some sugar free syrup......


8-9oz of ground hamburger or steak with my red potatoes (hash browns) and of course ketchup and hot sauce.

12 gg whites and kashi cereal with fat free, lactose free skim milk.

I cant eat egg's cause I'm allergic to them so i eat ckciken sausages with oatmeal usually. Usually three chicken sausages with 1- 1.5 cup of cooked plain oatmeal.
 
oatmeal add some protein powder like straw, vanillia, or banana. Add alittle splenda or I like to add alittle bit of instant pudding mix. depending on the flavor you go with add some raisin, cinamin, banana slices, etc...

Another good one is a burito with steak eggs and salsa. chicken eggs and peppers is good too.
 
Does anyone have an alternative to eggs??? Thats my achilles heal cause I cant eat it but need a few things to break up the monotony.
 
that was my breakfast yesterday morning Swolja!

except i only had about 55 g of protein

this morning I had oatmeal and fresh fruit and going to have my protein shake in a few minutes...
 
I buy the 16oz pappetti pasturized egg whites and scramble 1/2 carton every morning. A large bowl of regular oatmeal with a little honey. 3 or 4 pieces of turkey bacon and a glass of 1% milk. I have this down to a science and can make the whole thing in less than 8 minutes.
 
Option #1) a bagel or a bowl of raisen bran with a 60 gram protein shake.

Option #2) a protein shake with olive oil.

If I'm super hungry in the morning (which is almost never), I'll have a half pound hambuger patty or 6-7 egg whites. This add-on will go with either meal.
 
I usually have a 50g protein shake, apple or banana, oatmeal bar, 6 egg whites, and some type of sandwich. Very easy to make and I eat in my car on my way to work.
 
2 Slices of Toast with All Natural Peanut Butter

Protein Shake with Skim Milk, a Banana and Blueberries

2 - 3 Eggs or 5 Slices of Turkey Bacon.


I mix it up though..... That's roughly what I shoot for.....
 
whey...

i like whey protein in the mornings...i normally take in about 66g of protein for breakfast & an apple or a bowl of cereal...
they whey gets into your system faster then food does...i think you need that since you have been asleep all night & need something quick...

protein pancakes (1/2cup oatmeal, 1/2cottagecheese, 4egg whites, 2scoops protein powder,)mix it up and frie them just like regular pancakes their freaking awsome. I use sugar free syrup.
and their loaded with protein add it up.
 
Everyday:
1 cup(when dry) oatmeal - I add a little Maple Syrup and some Roasted Pecans.
9-10 egg whiles ans 2 yokes
Coffee - need the coffee
 
bowl of vector cereal mixed with bananas and dragon fruit, protein shake on the way to work, dont know what time you guys all work at in the morning but I eat breakfast at 5am so I have to kinda make it a light one.
 
3 slices of 12 grain bread with a ton of crunchy PB (about 8 tablespoons worth total) and all natural jam (called jumbleberry, best stuff i have ever had in the world). 1 scoop of protein with
1 1/2 cups of 2% milk with 2 bananas and 1/4 cup of veg oil.

i never understood why people would feel sick after eating in the morning. you'd think that your body would be craving food so bad that you feel sick if you DIDN'T eat in the morning. i know i do, if i haven't eaten within ten minutes of waking up i get all weird feeling and weak.
i wake up, scratch myself, pee then eat.

I have to force feed in the morning. I dont know, I (just as many others are) cannot eat. You just have no desire to eat anything.

Beleive me, after that morning meal is done, I'm hungry all day long. It's just that first thing in the morning feeling.
