Need some help

Hey guys. I am new to this forum. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I have used steroids on and off for the past 2 years or so. Due to my hair thinning, I have decided to stop. I want to go on Propecia. My last cycle was a deca/ test enanthate combination. I have heard from many sources that deca and propecia is deadly for your hair. How long should I wait before starting the propecia? I guess I need to know what the half life of Deca is.

Half-life is 15 days I beleive. Detection can be up to 18 months though.

That only works if you have a nice rounded smooth skull!! LOL! I hope I never loose my hair cause my head is huge first of all, secondly, its mishapen and bumpy!! NOT ATTRACTIVE!!

hey crimson do i need to stop the deca or am i ok with useing deca with propecia?

i know test converts into dht, but doesnt deca convert into the derivative of dht called dhn? is dhn as bad on hair as dht is? I guess my real question is, is it dangerous to mix the propecia with the test or with the deca?

All steroids can cause hair loss in those individuals who are genetically predisposed. Deca is one of the MILDER ones, however. The reason is that it is converted to a less hair toxic metabolite in the scalp. This conversion is catalyzed by an enzyme which is INHIBITED by Propecia/Proscar, so taking Propecia actually INCREASES Deca's hair toxicity.
