Favorite Protein Powder

I'm just curious what everyone uses as far as protein supplementation. My favorite and most used protein powder is the Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex. I also use random weight gain powders for my post workout drink, I am undecided on a favorite there.

All The Whey for me. Chocolate is the best but strawberry and banana are good too. It doesn't really taste THAT good, but I really like that I can put it in a container, add water, shake, and drink. I won't blend shit any more if I don't have too..

Swolja and Ccapel, how does the muscle milk taste? I've seen several people are using that one. Thanks

EM,
I am not them, but I can tell you if you stick with the basic flavors, they are good and easy to mix. The only thing about MM is that it has a lot of carbs compared to Optimum. I haver used MM but like Optimum for the price.

personally, ON's 100% whey protein is the best bet for me. vanilla flavor. great price, and easy to mix with my oatmeal in the morning.

true protien (unflavored)+champion nutrition 900 gainer (chocolate)

Tastes great and has a bunch of good fats. It does have a little more carbs than most, but nothing crazy--6g of sugar, i believe.

Rocky Road is really good and mint chocolate chip is awesome.

supplements....

i use:
Prolab - whey
Prolab - MRP's
ISS - Micellar Matrix (muscle milk)
MHP - Up Your Mass

*i prefer chocolate most of the time, but i will use other flavors on accassion...but, orange/vanilla is the worst flavor ever made!!!

Have any of yall used N-Large??? I was thinking bout giving it a try for a MRP while bulking due to the conveiance.

Iv used N-Large II......I personally think the stuff is great.....I wouldnt recommend taking it and not doing a decent amout of cardio while on it to limit the fat you will put on

My favorite is Dymatize's Elite Protein in chocolate because I can mix it in water (I'm lactose intolerant :( ) and there is no sugar in it. There's an Elite discount store in my town that sells it for $30 (5 lbs). It also has 20 gm of protein in each scoop. I hate the brands where you have to use two scoops to get 20 gm. The more you can get in one scoop, the better your money's worth because you don't have to use so much of the product at once.
