Just got another product for free today from ProLab I got about 60 samples of protein for free......... I tried the OatmEal Cinnamon MRP shake and it was awsome 40Grams of protein and 40 grams of carbs and it contains EFA's about 4.5 grams and Carb source is taken from Brown Rice and oat's....... I mixed it up in the blender with some ICe and I threw in some fiber to get it thicker and whipped it up and it was great.... I am not that big on shakes or MRP but this tasted awsome and would be good for breakfast time or anytime you have to run and dont have time for a meal.
