How cold is it???

Here in lala land or Tennessee as most of the UT fans know it...the weather has gone from 56degrees outside to 21 over night. If your not accustomed to these changes it sucks. The worst is when you've had a nice work out in the gym and you're all pumped and hot then you make the transition outside to walk...run....to the car. Hope every one is taking care to wear the propper clothing. Most common colds are caused by repeated changes in the weather. such as going from one extreme to another. I see more and more people getting sick and coming to the gym sick because of not being propperly dressed for the weather. I for one cant stand doing inclines and hearing some one behind me coughing their lungs out, it drives me mad knowing they are chancing it by spreading their sickness on to the rest of us who do every thing in ourt power to not get sick. Any one else have an opinion on this one....vent bro's lets hear it.
I wont get the flu shot cause i'm terrified of needles...lmao....that was a good one.

Well you really should not be complaining I live in Ontario Canada.
Its currently -27 without the windchill factored in.
Tonight it is expected to get down to 37-40 below zero.
And we have about a foot and a half of snow.

what are you still doing there....get your butt down here where it's warm-er...lol

Boy and I thought the gym was the one sacred place where I dont have to come into contact with anyone hacking and coughing within a few feet of me...well maybe it is...its almost 80 degrees here.

Yep, It's freezing up here in the great white north. - 34 right now.

look, it's 12 here and for us down south cold blooded creatures thats pretty cold.....i'm 'bout to go to the gym and i feel like an eskimo....awe hell my nips are cutting holes in my shirt...lol

Yeah, it was 11 in atlanta and thats cold for all us down here. It snowed yesterday which is very rare for the month of december

I am freezing my ass off...its 65 outside! lol

It will be 70 here today and tommorrow.
Colder at end of week- mid 30's.

I love the cold, snow...all that.I sleep with a window open and a fan blowing...I just love weather period, and getting to have all different types through out the year.
as far as sickies going to the gym..pisses me off period, that and people coming to work sick...look at me, I am sick, and can still work, workout...yea, thatnks for spreding your germs dumbass.
Thats why when I am done working out, the first thing I do is wash my hands.

It gets as low as about 30 degrees in the middle of the night/early morning. It will get as hight as 70 degrees in the afternnon. I'm in the SF bay area, more inland.
