ECA danger

My girlfriend would like to know the minimum dosage of a ECA stack. She is concerned about the danger of ephedrine. There is no history of heart or blood pressure problems in her family, but she is taking thyroid medication (sythroid).

Ephedrine is a realtively safe supp to take when not abused. I would half the dosaege for her meaning 12 mg (half of a 25 mg pill) 2-3X daily to see how she reacts. I would also make sure she is seen reagualry by a doc to make sure that she doesnt dvelop a heart murmor (sp?) as well as other complications. Also make sure she ups her water intake while taking ephedrine.

BUT most importantly hows her diet, workout, and cardio routines look like??? She needs to have them in order before deciding to use Ephedrine

Sorry it took so long to reply.
I am going to have my girlfriend post some info in a new thread.
I know that she is on t3 in addition to the synthroid.
She is having a hard time managing her weight and I told her she could get some good info here. Thanks.

Yeah, her diet needs ot be spot on if she has to be on that medication. def get her to post her diet and we'll help her

she also needs to post all medsshe is currently taking...IMHO

Yes she does so that we have an understdning of what she is taking and how her body will react.
