Protein???

Happy new year everyone!!! I'm getting ready to order from allthewhey and i was wondering what kind of protein i should get? I'm not looking for an mrp just a post workout drink. Theres so many different kinds i don't know what one to get. Either the concentrate/isolate blend or just the concentrate?
 
Concentrate gives you the most bang for your buck.

Isolate is more expensive and isn't necessarily any better.

I do prefer isolate though. I like the taste better and it mixes extremely well. Has less sugar and other stuff.
 
I create my own Post Workout shake. I can't see paying for sugar. I buy 100% pure Ion-Exchange Whey and mix it with white grape juice (Post Workout).

I've done the same but i always used apple juice....less artificial flavoring than the white grape juice. Not to mention when i used to drink a lot of creatine the aple juice takes away from the bitter flavor of the powder. I guess i just love apple juice.
 
I like to mix my 100% whey protien with orange juice. Taste great, has complex carbs, and a boost of vitamin c...
