New Years Reso

Okay I am posting my New Years Resolution on here for MOTIVATION. I dont want to get ripped or put on fifty pounds or anything but I figure if I post it up here It will motivate me to stick to it. Feel free to ignore if you wish!

1. I want to EAT HEALTHIER
- currently i eat a fairly healthy dinner every night but I want to clean up my diet ALOT. Some of the things i plan to do is stop drinking Coca Cola ( its my addiction ), stop eating white breads, no fatty foods like pizza or processed meats. I have to start eating breakfast and choosing healthier snacks.

2. I want to LIFT WEIGHTS and do more CARDIO
- Come up with organization system for weightlifting. More of a routine rather than a random thing. I need a calendar with a planned work out and I want to track exactly what i eat and keep track of my lift reps and sets.

My big goal is not to lose weight but turn my fat into muscle. I believe i can achieve this by following the two goals above.
If anyone has ideas for snack ideas or breakfast ideas I would really appreciate it.

I am a fairly active 21 year old female. My body fat is 20.1 %. I am 5'9 and weigh 132 lbs.

Any suggestions for work out plans would be much appreciated.
I live in a small small town with no gym and no Y or anything so its hard to come up with work outs.
I have an exercise ball
Standard bike
Rowing Machine ( half assed )
Eliptical Trainer ( half assed )
Dumbbells
Therabands and a Step

Excellent- I would add one thing- do it all gradually--- change your diet gradually, increase your cardio gradually....
Your body will thank you for it.

Yeah, dont try to do it overnight b/c u might end up cheating or quitting cause of the sudden change. Your goals all sound reasonable and i dont see why you shouldnt accomplish all of them and even surpass them.

What i would reccomend is that you start making deadlines for things to get done. Actuall date and amounts that way its easier to keep yourself accoutnable and make sure your doing what your supposed to.

Bump that, good advice, otherwise you'll keep putting stuff off and before you know it, its a new year again!!
