A quick IGF question ...

I have my slin pins (Terumo) and just got my MC IGF but now I can't find the post that said which line on a slin pin was 20mcg. I always try to research before posting but I just can't find that info :angry:
Also the mark for a 40mcg shot would be great!

well bro there are 1,000mcg in the whole slin pin, so the 10 mark would be 100mcgs so if you have 5 lines up to the 10 mark then each line is 20mcgs and 2 lines would be 40mcgs hope this helps

I've seen that question a number of times too--I've even asked it myself. Perhaps this info should be added to the IGF sticky in the MC discussion forum.

Actually, it depends on the pin. 1 IU is 20mcg. Larger slin pins may only have marking in 2IU increments, which is 40mcg.

I dont mind answering the same questions over and ver, even stickys dont get looked at actualy most people over look stickys more then do a regular thread, and thats a fact! And as longdog said there are different types so we should answer each question individualy, plus if we make all the redundent threads stickys we wouldnt have much to chat about day in and day out,lol
