Hey guys i just wanted to introduce myself. Im new to this forum I have been anyway from the bodybuilding forums for a good while sence i stated on this car project of mine which is basically done. A lil about me is i am 19 years old and enjoy body building my bro how is 17 is doing great i cant believe how much he is growing and how much power he has for 3 year i have been going straight 6 days a week very few brakes. until my knees started hurting at the age of 18 i could take 315 on a squat rack to the floor and up ofcourse i would pass pallarel which i believe took a toll on my knees the doctor said they are ok. That i just have very loose tendens. ??? that didnt make the pain go away. I had desided on doing a car project (Supra) and to give my body a good rest. So i thought I just focused more on the car and would go to the gym three times a week for about 2 months. Well here we are two months later time to go back to normal. that my intro hope i didnt bore you'll to death :D.

Welcome aboard bro, enjoy the ride and post any questions that you have, just not questions regarding sources or anything of that nature...but once again welcome. We have the best knowledgeable group of guys that have experience with lifting routine, diet and many other health informations...
 
Your body needs more than 1 day a week off to recoop from workouts. Remember your dont grow inside the gym you grow outside it by eating and resting properly.

thanks guy i happy to be here my routine is setup for me to be able to hit each body part 2 times a week giving each part a 2 days rest
