that's cool, how long did you run jin for...and also how long did you run tren for? and what was the dosage during the cycle...

lookin good bro, looks like u weight bout 200, ur bout what i want to look like, howd ya basically get there, diet, if u were on juice,, how many days a week, good work, keep it up
 
Ill get pics soon hopefully. I have good genetics to begin with. I was a stick at 15yrs old and thats when I started working out. The trick is, eat a lot, work out hard, and rest....thats 80% of it...20% is the juice....
 
yea thats def. true, a lot of people dont understand that, how long did it take u from age 15 to turn out like that, or dang near it?
 
for some reason im havin problems on gettin my pecs formed like urs are, the outta pars of pretty stout, liek twards my shoulders, and the lower is ok, but the uper part is struggling a little bit, any ideas on what to do to get that form, or just hit incline up?
 
Hit incline for a while...and for flat do a wide grip and dont lock ur elbows. Also do flys incline and flat (alternate)....concentrate on them...
