Flu Bug spreading fast....prevention!

Hey Bro's....this flu bug is going around all across the country prett fast if your in the US take precautions and stay healthy. Make sure you're getting enough of the vitamins replaced that your missing out on.....especially vitamin C!!!! If you've not had this bug yet trust me it's a nasty case of the flu...diahrea...feaver...everything you dont want especially if youre in then middle of any kind of training program...this will stop you dead in your tracks....Stay healthy and keep growing.

Good lookin out, but a little late for me. I had it a couple weeks ago, and lost 15 pounds because of it!! SUCKS! I'm ripped though!!

I hear ya' Cannons.....it hit me a few weeks ago and now it's trying to make a come back....i started to feel the naussia and los of appetite coming back and started running a feaver again the other day.....i realized what was happening and strtred to attack it head on. This is gonna be one of the worst flu seasons cause the weather is not staying constant. I lost almost 15 pounds the first go around and my Nephew lost almost ten.....

Also, i would always have that alchol wipes around. Wish i could get the flu shot but its cultured in egg and i'm allergic to eggs so that wouldnt be a good idea for me.

Just make sure you take your multi's, get plenty fo fluids, and dont touch anything, lol

Same shit running around here.. The primary trick is washing your hand all day, especially if you use the bus and subway..

I see a lot of people touching things and then putting their hands in the face and nose lol ewwwww.

Didnt get anything yet and everybody is caughing like crazy, damn this is disgusting

Hmmmm....I've never had a flu shot, and I've probably only had the flu twice in my entire lifetime. I don't know why--and maybe this is a conspiracy theory thing--but IMO there is just something wrong with the whole flu shot thing. People I know who have had the shots have become a lot sicker than I've ever been. They put out the vaccine for the strain they think will be the most prevalent for the year, but the flu virus mutates all the time so there really is no way to get an exact vaccine for it--so why bother--thus why do they keep emphatically urging people to take the shots? The human immune system is an amazing thing--just take something that boosts your system and keep your fingers out of your nose/eyes.
