diet while on PGF2a

what type of diet do you guys follow to maximize the benefits of PGF2a?

i've been loosely following an animalbolics style diet and have been having good success, but i really don't think i've been eating enough during the day due to my work schedule being incredibly hectic. my major goal presently is fatloss, but would going high on the protein intake (1.5g/lb+) help me put on muscle faster?

at this point, i've been leaning up nicely in legs/arms/delts/upperchest while my weight has beeen staying the same, so i really can't complain. i'd just really like to see the scale go up while witnessing these types of changes.
 
well, i switched my diet up and have begun eating bigger.

right now my dialy intake is irght around 442g protein, 102g fat, 182g carbs. (52%P, 27%F, 21%C). will update as the next couple weeks go by
