IGF ?

I have a question about the amount to be used. Is 1ml = 1mcg I don't think that I fully understand the ratio. I have used AAS in the past and am looking to tighten up and put on a little quality lbm. I am 6'4 235 lbs around 12% bf. Do you think IGF will help . Also what is the length of a cycle, 1 month?
 
Actually, it is 1 ml = 1000 mcg or 1 mg. Most people use anywhere from 30 mcg to 60 mcg / day. A normal cycle is usually 4 weeks on, then 2 weeks off, then start again. Depending on how your body reacts to it, you could even go 6-8 weeks. (I'm on my 6th week now--2nd cycle--and the stuff is still working great.) Others find that it stops working after 4 weeks.

IGF isn't like AAS, so you shouldn't expect a huge weight increase. Normally, you'll decrease fat and increase LBM so that you'd stay at or around the same weight. Make sure you eat very well.

I'd say with your stats (seems that you have a slim build for your height) that you'd benefit a lot from using IGF.

fridge ? right!!
 
You can either Im or Sub Q your choice bro, i lot like IM for site growth as well as overall distribution and some like subq...Either cool storage or room temp is fine...
 
There really isn't any pain on injection (at least with IM--subQ can be a little painful). You can get a little bit sore because of the BA in it, but nothing anyone couldn't handle because you don't inject very much.

Haven't really experienced any negative sides except for going hypo a couple of times because I didn't eat when I should have. Most people don't have trouble with that anyway.

Most people prefer IM to subQ, myself included. It's best to keep it in the refrigerator.
 
Yes, slin pins are fine, probably perfect for IGF. That is how I do mine--IM in the muscle I want to target.
