Timing of IGF-1

What has everyone's experiences been like when you take IGF at different times of the day? I'm looking for differences between taking in the morning, evening, or before a workout.

Some people prefer to take it in the evening because they become sleepy/lethargic. Others like myself take it in the morning--works very well for me. I just tried it 30 minutes before my workout a couple of days ago, and it was very different. It was my chest/arm day, and I had the most unbelieveable pump. I usually get a really good pump when I take IGF in the morning too, but this was even more intense.
 
I've always taken it 30 minutes prior to my workout. Once I took it at lunch (I workout about 6pm) and by the time it was 6pm I was really tired and unmotivated, still got a good pump though. I've been off work the past couple of days and have been injecting about 12 and working out at 1pm. It makes me really tired. I've been going to bed at 9pm and waking up at 11pm or 12pm, and that is unusual for me. I usually wake up at 7 or 8 when I go to bed that early. The pumps are the same for me no matter what though, and hunger is intense.
 
I'll have to try it before exercise a few more times to see what happens.
 
bump cannons, I would take it post workout. It makes more sense to do it that way knowing that it doesn't stick around in you system for long (12hr I think). So shooting it in the morning would leave less present in the muscles for repair after an evening workout. I would only shoot it am if thats when I worked out.
 
i always do post work out and still get fairly nice pumps the next day... I also work out in the evenings.
 
I prefer it right before the gym believe it or not, I dont get sleepy like some do
 
I have done it before and after and i could tell the difference,..i like it better when b4 workout something like 30 mins b4,..and the hunger is intense,... .. but then again everyone responses differently to substances...
