Squats!!! bottom line. i havent been able to do squats for three months because of my back. i did hack squats, hammer strength squats, sissy squats in place of real squats. they work well and have there advantages. but i finally felt good enough to do squats today and damn. they just hit places you cant hit with anything else. my balance and strength was down but man, what a feeling. it was great to hit them up again. im sore and tired good night.
