160lbs to 260lbs

Here is what ive started with and here is what i got . im 282lbs now but dont have pics of that. so here is a pic of about 100lbs difference. the last 80lbs i have has come in the last 2 years. when i really learned how to eat.

That is really impressive bro...keep up the motivation....it sure does motivate me to work hard and stay commited to the iron,,,,
 
thanx guys. i think it was 3 and abit years between pics. the main progress came in 2003 until now. i decided to dedicate myself to the eating and doign a show so i realy started putting on weight. the most cam in the last two years it hink. not more gear just more and better food.
 
i would like to see the dosage report on that on!!! LMAO...no really that is impressive brudda.....but i would like to see your cycle journals if you have any....good work bro
 
That is quite a transformation. All I can say is: WOW. Post some pics of how you look now--282 has to be even more astounding.

I started out thin like your first pic too. What was your height? I started out at 130 lbs @ 6' 0". I need to learn how to eat better--please teach me! Seriously, I try to eat as much as I can and keep it clean. How do you get over the 'full' feeling?

damn bro'...did you have problems gettin blown away in the wind or people not seeing you if you were turned to the side...seriously tony...130 at 6' is insane...if you got it up then congrats cause that is unhealthy IMHO
 
tony its tough to learn how to eat. im still doing it. its just a matter of not being lazy. when your tired and sitting onthe couch or you have to wake for breakfast and you dont want to you just have to get up and do it. and you have to find what foods are most accessable to you and what you like eating most and include this in yoru diet. B12 works well, along with eq. but dont eat until your absolutely stuffed. eat until your full then you can eat again sooner. no point in stuffing yourself then not eating again for 4 hours. eat 3/4 of that meal and eat again in 11/2 to 2 hours. keep your fats lower so you dont feel full as long and so your food digests faster. dont be afraid to eat some tho. its tough. just play with things.a nd be prepared. cook your food the night before.
 
I thought my weight was bad too, but doctors at the time disagreed--they thought it was perfectly normal. Well, I weight 197-200 now depending on how much I eat. I really need to take the diet to the next level though to get where I want to go. I'm using b12 too. Thanks for the advice. As soon as I get time, I'll post my current pics too.
