well i am looking around for a tanning product to use through the summer, when i tan in the bed i dont get as tan as i want, so i want to find some kind of lotion or w/e to help me out, i want somethin that will get me like a bronze color, not black, and looks actually real, and not orange, anybody have any good results, thanks for any of the replies!
any tanning ideas guys?

That is absoltely NOT TRUE! If they are talking about air-brush tanning...then I agree...that will make you orange. But the Mystic Tan...is a spray tan booth...it is awesome. There are 3 levels of color you can request. I always get level 3 (the highest level)...and I have never turned orange. Just call around to the salons and make sure that the booth is called Mystic Tan...there are other spray booths out there that SUCK!

i found a good lotion with a bronzer or stimulater for the bed works awesome. and combine it with tanning outside you;ll get really dark. maybe some dry ass skin to but it will get you dark. the trick is to keep your skin hydrated , always put lotion on after showers and after you tan.

well im so sorry missfit!! hehe. if you just go to a fabutan or a tanfx or whatever tannint studio you go to they will have some. a maximizer/stimulator is like a tingle im pretty sure and it makes you red and brings blood to the surface to help with the tan. i dont like tinglers but they work well . just annoying. and some have a bronzer. this kinda leaves you brown. its almost like a really light pro tan almost.
so just ask for one with a bronzer and a stimulater. or one or the other. yolu can try samples with just a stimualater, or with just a bronzer. or both. see what you like best.
some names of lotions i got were cocoa bronzer, Rasta, Radiance, beach bum rum, etc... all brands that were there.

I love Pyro and used it for some time until my tanning salon stopped carrying it because it didn't sell. And to what Missy said- MysticTan is awesome! I use it the last few weeks in show prep. It can be a little pricey at $25 and up a session, but well worth it I believe.

IF YOUR TANNING FOR COMP. THEN GET PRO TAN OR SOME TANNING SPRAY FROM JAN TANA I FORGET THE NAME I WILL THINK OF IT IN A SEC. THOUGH,BUT IF YOUR JUST TRYING TO GET TANNER THEN LAY OUT AND PUT DARK TANNING OIL ON OR JUST GO TO A TANNING BED BUT DON'T GO IN FOR MORE THAN 10 MIN. A SESSION!
