here is the cardio i will be doign for my diet to start off. its definatly different then the usual long walking at a moderate pace to burn fat that most bodybuilders use. my trainer says this is the best way because it releases the most GH which in turns helps burn fat. its definatly different and i gotta take a leap of faith but we;ll see how it goes. let me know what you think

Sprint Training for Fat Loss
(20 to 22 minute workout)

Take 1 1/2 minutes recovery/walking time between sprints. The sprints should cover 70 yards or 60 meters that is if your treadmills display provides this information, otherwise the duration of each sprint could be anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds once you reach top speed. ie; since it will take about 5 seconds to reach top speed and 5 seconds to slow down, ensure you add in for this speed up slow down time. Eg; If you sprint like a bat out of hell for 10 seconds when covering 70 yards you would add-on the 10 seconds for speed up and slow down for a total of 20 seconds.

You will know if you are sprinting hard enough when you can’t talk when sprinting, sweating profusely and feeling somewhat sore in the legs and butt (lactic acid build up). This must be challenging!

· Warm up for 3 minutes
· 1st sprint (70 yards) at 50 percent speed
· 2nd sprint (70 yards) at 60 percent speed
· 3rd sprint (70 yards) at 70 percent speed
· 4th sprint (70 yards) at 80 percent speed
· 5th sprint (70 yards) at 90 percent speed
· 6th sprint (70 yards) at 95 percent speed
· 7th sprint (70 yards at 95 percent speed
· 8th sprint (70 yards) at 95 percent speed
· Cool down for 2 minutes

sprint doesnt mean run it just means go all out. i could use the bike or elyptical .whatever i want.

Oh man i am a HUGE proponent of doing interval cardio training. I remember the first time i did that i threw up all over the place, lol. Have fun.
