Here I am just starting out at about 220 or so. Soft and no muscle, could it be any worse, lol!

I was corrected. I was closer to 205 in those pics. BiggerStronger corrected me. (I'm only 5'9)

Shit, I thought that was a pittiful looking 220..

That was a few years back. I'm currently 275 (+55 or so - not all muscle, lol). I'll try to get some current ones up so you can see the transformation.

I did train under DC for a part of my 2-year bulk fase.
