Since my diet hasn't been fun (lo energy ect.) I was going through my old appliances and found a juicer. Think I'll start making breakfest with it. I never get any fruits or veggies so it will probably perk me up. Anyway I'm trying to lean out and I guess I'll go out and buy some protein powder to add. Might even try some creatine as some of you guys got me thinking I should replenish. Does anyone have links or ideas to recipes or is it all just about the same,,,,,,apples, carrots, celery, ect. Also what about flaxseed oil? Never used it. Thanks
