Juicer recipes wanted

Since my diet hasn't been fun (lo energy ect.) I was going through my old appliances and found a juicer. Think I'll start making breakfest with it. I never get any fruits or veggies so it will probably perk me up. Anyway I'm trying to lean out and I guess I'll go out and buy some protein powder to add. Might even try some creatine as some of you guys got me thinking I should replenish. Does anyone have links or ideas to recipes or is it all just about the same,,,,,,apples, carrots, celery, ect. Also what about flaxseed oil? Never used it. Thanks

Pineapple, Strawberries



One of my favorite Shakes made in the blender.

1 Cup Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon All Natural Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Blueberries
4 Ice Cubes Crushed Up At The End

I have a whole book of recipes that ill dig out and post some stuff for you.
 
A good shake post workout would be something high in whey protein and has a high glycemic index. This shake is one of my favorites!

1.5cups of non-fat milk
1 cup of dried oats
10grams of L-Glutamine
MRP of choice, I prefer Labrada
1 extra scoop of Whey Protein
1/2 a bananna
1 tablespoon of flax oil
2 strawberries
1 teespoon of Natural Peanut butter
5 ice cubes
Now this will supply u with relatively over 100g of carbs, about 20g of good fat, and 60+ of protein. This is not for your typical amateur, use this concoction if you've been in the game for a while and this will sure satisfy your muscle cravings after a brutal workout!:coollook:
