About prop again

Followed the 2.5/7.5 recipe but it turned to sludge.Added more solvents and got it to hold but it crystalized a week later(2.5/10).Just made a fresh batch at 2/14(held perfect) but its the nastiest shit ive ever used.The shots are so painful i cant even train.Had to quit the cycle coz of it.Each site i use is still in agony 7 days after the shot.Can anyone explain this,i dont understand why adding more BB has had this effect.

Really want to get this prop conversion sorted out as the effects are way better than the longer esters.

How the fook do i do it?????????

i would imagine you just have a lesser quality powder than some of the other bro's. maybe it's been cut with something? are you sure you added more BB not BA? i have never had a conversion crash, i think the main determining factor is powder quality.
