Worst Injury??

I tore my left bicep and i had an inpinged scaling muscle last year. Needless to say last year sucked for me.

As for ones in the past, i have seperated both shoulders. The last time was from shoulder blocking a light pole in St. Augustine till i broke the fucker. I have had my nose compund fractured in 2 places where i had to have surgery put it back together. I have had reconstructive knee sugery on both knees. What else??? I have torn ligaments in my right wrist from competitive mtb. I'm a walking scar, lol.
 
MY worse injury so far has been a two torn ligament in ankle, took a toll on my lifting day, was out for almost a whole year, and back then i wasn't even on AAS, but i feel much better one, and hope to stay healthy as much as possible,....
 
i got stabbed in a bar fight with a bottle in my face and nearly lost my left eye..LOL does that count
 
I severed ligaments in highschool going up for a spike in volleyball. I ended up coming down and landing on a girls foot who crossed the line. Casted for 16 weeks then walking cast then super super super super crazy physio. I still wear a brace but its way better than i could immagine.

Also broke my wrist in five places during highschool. Went to save a ball from the end line and stuck my hand out to stop from hitting the end mats. Ended up hitting it with my arm extended and broke my wrist and compacted it in five places. Long time in a cast and lots of physio. Still have some trouble with my thumb extensors tightening up so im constantly stretching it. Some pain while playing guitar but other than that not too shabby.

Those were my majors hehe im a clutz. I got kicked in the face many times playing soccer ended up with some good cuts and black eyes. Also broke my ribs playing basketball.
 
Lifting injured my rotator cuff, still bothers me 3 yrs later. Broke my tail bone and my nose twice playing soccer, talk about an uncomfortable injury, can't even sit down with a broken ass. Ligament damage in both ankles also.....who ever said soccer isn't a contact sport, lol. Deca won't heal you, but it is good to help lube up a sore joint and such. I have hear growth is good for healing and eq is suppose to help strenghten tendons I beleive.
 
clavicular stepdown, playing rugby, and 6 stitches above my right eye at the same time (i'm not a pretty boy anymore:upset: )
right before prom too. i was tackling someone and landed weird, then ended up at the bottom of the ruck and got kicked in the face. nice.
