Just thought I'd quickly introduce myself. This forum looks awsome. Currantly I post over at cjm and musclenexus, used to belong to gotfina.com but after mr. h's passing away (god rest his soul) I joined a couple of canadian sites.
Currant stats:
Height: 5'7"
Bodywieght: 240 pounds
Arms: 19 inches (last I checked anyway)
Bodyfat%: Too high but I'm only concerned with bulking right now.
Squat: over 5
Deadlift: over 5
Bench: workin my ass off to get to 4...almost there
Anyway just a little background there. Love the board!
