SUP BRO'S?I'M 3 WEEKS OUT FROM MY SHOW AND EVREYTHING LOOKS GREAT BUT "I'M" STILL NOT HAPPY WITH MY LOWER ABS AND LOWER OBLIQUES!CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT AS FAR AS WHAT TO DO IN SUCH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME TO GET MY MIDSECTION SUPER SHREDDED,JUST PRETTY-MUCH CUT THE WATER AND TRAIN THE FUCK OUT OF THEM.MAYBE 2-3 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND AROUND 1000 CRUNCH'S ON THE AB-SWING A DAY?

SHIT MAN IF U ARE CONCERED WITH OVER-TRAINING..LOL!DUDE BRO I'M IN A SUPER CUTTER MODE RIGHT NOW FOR THE NEXT 2 1/2 WEEKS MAN,I AM TRAINGING EVREY BODY PART EVREY DAY.AND THAT WORKS REALLY WELL FOR ME THOUGH IT IS GETTING ME SUPER SHREDDED.I DONT GET TECHNICAL,ONLY WITH AAS.HELL MAN I DON'T HAVE TO THATS JUST THE WAY MY BODY WORKS I HAVE BEEN EATING SALAD FOR THE PAST WEEK AND WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS.I LOST ABOUT 5 LBS BUT SHIT BRO I'M HITTING ANIMAL POWER'S TEST E. AND SOME FORT DODGE EQ. WHEN MY CONTEST IS OVER BUT ANYWAY THX FOR THE ADVICE I GUESS I'LL JUST HIT 1000 CRUNCH'S A DAY
{OBVIOUSLY IN INCRIMENTS THROUGH OUT THE DAY TILL FAILURE}AND JUST CUT THE WATER PLUS SHORT.AND DO MY "ALTERNATIVES" TO MINIPULATE THE WATER DEPLETION PROCESS YOU KNOW THAT SHOULD LOOK GOOD ALONG WITH ABS COME GO DAY

This is just me but i do minial ab work when i diet down, which i'm doing now. My interval/drill cardio sessions and my diet get it doen for me. But i know for me if i dial in my diet i get veiny abs.
