HGH injection time

when do you guys feel is the best time to take your shots of HGH? i have used morning and night shots and feel over all night shots work best do to the fact you recover when you sleep and a influx of 4-8ius will def do the trick..but if you take say 4-8ius in the AM you could still get a natural release at night...what is your thoughts on this and any one have any studies?

yeah definitel bump for more info,..there has been many mixed reviews, just want to make sure!!! ^^^^

LOL, relying on me already? i've only been a member for a couple weeks. :D

medical science says you should dose it at night, but this is because they want to suppress the natural spikes so they can dose your GH more accurately. if your natural production is shut down they can choose exactly how much you get per day. bodybuilders, on the other hand, would prefer to get as much endogenous production -- 1.5iu/day or so -- as possible.

regarding gh + sleep quality, it doesn't seem that gh affects sleep quality in any way directly. however, ghrelin(is one of the LH's of GH) does. you won't produce ghrelin if you've got huge exogenous GH levels.

so there's at least two very good reasons to shoot it in the morning.

edit: really interesting is the fact that long-term exogenous gh administration actually seems to increase ghrelin production, and possibly endogenous gh production as well; not certain because ghrelin is more of a co-activator along with ghrh:

So in conclusion it's wise to shot at nite and have an extra 1.5 produced during the day by own natural production,...I hope this makes sense,.... IP what do you think?

you got it completely backwards, but i'll give you a second try to read my post for free.

So shot the higher dose during the day and have an extra 1.5iu from natural body production....did i get it this time? lol

I have basically tried taking it for a few weeks in the morning, at night, after training and split up into 3 doses during the day all at 6 i.u. per day and found all are very effective, however the best way I found was to take it approximately 2 hours before you get up in the morning. I always wake about 6 a.m. to go to the toilet and I just walk tothe fridge and jab it in.
The logic behind this is that you have released your natural gh during the deep sleep phase and by injecting it at this time you get a second deep sleep which helps you recover better. I also read a study about the effects of insulin spikes on gh and how it can potentially destroy your gh so taking it in the early a.m. means that you do not have this to worry about. I am not very technically minded but this definitely works for me.

so marble what type of dosing split would you suggest all the ius you plan on taking that day in one shot in the AM say 2 hours or so before you actually plan to get up? and if you were to shoot all of them at night before bed what are the problems that could arise? could you shut down your Pit gland permanetly etc...

no additional risks or dangers based on time you shoot it, and there's no chance you'll shut down your pituitary anyway. you can shut it down that night possibly because of immediate negative feedback, but it's much, much hardier than your balls, and has a far shorter response time, i.e. you can shoot in the mornings and probably avoid being too shut down at night. it depends how long circulating igf-i is elevated post-gh shot, since that's the negative feedback mechanism, and i don't know the answer to that off the top of my head.

you'd also have less quality sleep if you shot right before bed. that, and possibly slightly less natural production, are really it.

irishmuscle's shooting protocol sounds great, beyond something about slin shutting down gh response which seems very unlikely at first glance. it's more the other way around; gh reduces slin sensitivity. just do it all as close to waking as you can. :D
