So...I'm not new to training, but I am new to the board! ( Hello everyone!!)
I'm looking to get my bf down to 16%. Right now I am at 21%. I'm 26, female, and weigh 150. EEEKK!!! My diet is clean and consistent, and if anything, I don't get enough carbs, so I'm working on that. Cardio 4x a week 25-45 min, and weights 2x week.
I'm an eca stack veteran, and recently cycled with clen... saw a little tightening, not much diference though. I'm in frantic search of someone that can see how stuck I am, and relate. What do I do???
I was once told that my heart receptors are "fried".. So, before I go see an endocrinologist, I thought I'd look here for some help.

HITT cardio (interval cardio) in the AM before you eat anything...hit the weights more try like 3-4 times a week...post your diet for us to see..you could not be eating often enough so your body is holding onto your food as fat storage...try eatin smaller meals throughout the day in like 2-3hour intverals

Do you get enough sleep? and or are you stressed much at work/home? these could be factors. and like irish said check yor thyroid levels. if they are low or on the low side of acceptable see if you doctor will prescribe something. Tom

I've made an appt with a dr. to check evverything out. I'm sure I'm stressed, especially since I'm obsessed with trying to lean out. I just wonder if it's possible by now. I really am scared at the thought of being on a medication for the rest of my life!

Dont jump to conclusions yet, there are ppl in the world with slow metabolisms and can still lean out
