why use a filler

why do you use a filler with your aas to make caps?

if you didnt use a filler.....how would you disperse the powder evenly.Imagine you were making 50 caps at 5mg each.Thats 250mg right.Weigh out that amount of powder and try and divide it between the caps.Youll know why a filler is used then.

exactly like he said fillers are the only way to make a pill correctly. Your supplements would look like bird seed if you had to take 5mg dosages and didnt use a filler...ALMOST ALL supplement companys use fillers in there products...unless your using higher mg/cap dosages like with creatine and others that may call for close to 1g and more a day
