I have done some research on shitloading process.

I understand the basics and would like to try it for my next two competetions. Howevewr my question is how do you know how much food. In terms of grams of carbs, fat or do you measure by amounts of calories or is the eating phase measured by amount of time you actually eat. Some immediate help would be great considering I'm three weks out and would like to make a runthough prior to using it for real.

I'm tryin to compete in middle weight right now weigh about 174 5'4 w/ about 4% BF.
