4 weeks out

Updated pics today- I am not happy where I am right now. I know I am holding water,really stressed out at work, but I wanted to be closer than what I am right now. This is not the main show, that is August 6th, but I will have to really work harder the last 3 weeks to get there. I know I can lose 10lbs of water in a week, but I don't want to have to go extreme this time but it looks like I may have to.
Update- I think I have decided to wait until the August show. I am not happy with my progress and I can make some changes still. This also gives me time to put in IGF to see what affect that will have on the prep. Let me know what you guys think- right now I am really depressed about things, but I need to get over it and press on.

Depressed??? Bud, forget about the past. Take a day to see what you have done and make any necessary changes to anything and then focus on the future. You know what you have to do, so its time to go "balls out" and get there.

Bro dont sweat it man u r your own worst critic...Just hit it harder and if u want to compete bad enough u will regain your focus and the cards will fall into place. I am having a hella hard time rite now too bro so i can relate 100%.

U r suffering from what us bb refer to as a "mindfuck" where dysmorphia sets in and we just look like shit to ourselves but every1 else who is honest will tell u totally different what your eyes see.
 
i am starting to see seperation in the quads, and the vascularity is coming in too. but like you said you obviously are holding some water. IMHO i would try and come in as shredded as possible in your august show. i know the diet woudl suck ass but without the definition your hrd work does not show as well. i will admit i have yet to do a show so i am not speaking from experience at all just wat makes sense to me. you know what you are doing bro, stay the course and give it hell brotha'!

As I mentioned before, I know I have more fullness compared to past seasons, and I really want to focus on keeping most of it for the shows.
The lack of cuts concerns me as well but I have seen it before just a slow process.
Cardio is at 4:30am every morning. No food.
I have added a 30 minute cardio session this week at night before bed.
I think I am not intaking enough protein- I will add a few ISOPURE no carb drinks in the mix- they are 50g of protein per serving, so that should be a good thing. Other than that I don't know where else I can modify diet. I believe the added cardio will be a good thing. Workouts on body parts are not strenuous- I work one body part a day, 3 sets full ROM per exercise but don't really not pushing the weight to max because I don't want to risk injuring myself.
The other issue is that I may not have my suits in time.
That is my fault because I did not account for the +18 lbs difference.
Here are my options:
I think I will strive to hit the state show on July 23rd and a regional show on August 6th.
That will give me 8 weeks and 10 more weeks respectively to get prepared.
I am more comfortable with those dates and feel I can meet my objectives.
I can also have the chance to add IGF and see what impact that will make.
I will keep you guys updated.
