hey bro's how do u post pics?i have a few that i would like to put up there that were taken the day after my competition right before i filled back out with water and bf but i have know idea how to post them i dont have a scanner so i dont think that it is going to be possible.someone throw me a clue here cause i dont no to do that shit

well first thing you need to do is get them scanned in bro. Once you have them scanned the bro's here will help you post them to the board, it seems pretty easy but getting them scanned in is the challenge for you it seems

put them on your computer via scanner

start a new thread

click manage attachments

find the appropriate pics and click post.
