If your appetite is down it could be sleep related, if my sleep gets outta wack so does my appetite. I honestly don't know how ppl CAN'T eat breakfast, if i and this is on a RARE occasion don't feel hungry in the morning i force feed myself, otherwise i'll feel like crap. Also Syntek has a time released B12 formula you may want to try. Another option that COULD work is digestive enzymes that will help break the food you eat down faster so you can eat again sooner and eat more. But if juice IS an option EQ would work wonders.
