age weight 44 163 current height 5'4"

first show holding water but still on high sodium and h20- for you competitors..am I dialing in ok? I hav 35 days and have just started cardio today. I can drop weight like nothing if I want. hardest is putting on mass and tanning...redheaded irish ya know!
 
You have some good vascularity right now, but I think you can hit it with cardio everyday. What is your goal for this show(weight class)?
Also a note(I know you know, but hold in your stomach when you take side view pics... Good luck... what does your diet look like now and are you on some supplementation?
 
Not sure of the weight classs because when I started this about 12 weeks ago I was at 190 and my b/f was about 12% and i have been dropping weight like crazy. So my plan was to come in at about 170 or so in the middleweights...but this morning i was at 161 so I may end up in the lightweight which is up to 154 middles is 154.5 to 176.

Sooo...diet deal and supps...let's see, I won't bore you with the exact diet. Phase 1 was 12 weeks out consisted of cutting out all dairy except egg whites am...it was 615 gms protein 300 food 300 protein drinks, 400 gms carbs all brn rice sweet potatoes a little fruit and plain spinach (can't eat brocolli) and one steak per day rest was chicken
Total caloric intake was 4800 and i lost 1 lb eod on that. 2 gals h20 per day

Phase 2 started 7 weeks out basiaclly cut the caloric intake to 3100 cals per day with the same foods took out a few drinks...protein 438 carbs 218 each day fats 55 ed. 2.5 gallons of water and 5000 mgs sodium...lots of salt. I lose still about .5 lbs every other day or every 3 days and this all with no cardio. I started cardio at 20 min in the am. yesterday.

Supps look like this

Will add halo at 25 mg's 6 days out and mild diuretic (ALDACTONE) one week out. Have T3 but do not want to canabolize muscle so 3 weeks out I'll see how I look. If i need it fine if not it's out.

Glutamine 5x per day
BCAA's 4x per day
creatine 10 mg's per and post wo.

Been on many cycles...but never for a comp...so I plan....unless you guys think otherwise to keep the winny fina and eq..also halo up to show day and pull out the primo and prop 10 days before

My mentor is Mr Missouri 3 time champ heavies and he's won most every BB show in the midwest. His theme is you can never be too lean so do not worry about the weight...so I am not. I'll come in where I come in. In one week we switch over to phase 3 of the diet and I have no idea what that is. as of the beginning of all this i have never cheated or missed on sinlge meal.

So all that said...Presser and MMX I know you guys have done this a 100 times and Presser I know you are east coast champ and we go back to the old Fitnessboard days...so all suggestion will be taken serious.

So what do you think??
