HGH and pain in my elbows

Guys, I've been on 3.1 IU's of Somatropin for 8 weeks now and am pleased w/results, but every now aand then I get some pain in my elbows. Is this normal for the dosage? Will it subside soon or would I have to lower dosage?

Dr. told me didn't need MASSIVE amount of calories, just lot of protein..he also told me that the GH should be taken on empty stomach since the food competes w/the GH. All this true? Thanks!

Food competes with GH? WTF does he mean by that.lol......not like your drinking the stuff.

My stiffness and pain go away a couple weeks after my last shot. or when I lower it to 2 i.u.

I wondered same thing...were your results as good @ the 2 IU?

I still get fatloss and a sense of well being at 2 i.u. It's just not as pronounced as with high doses like 8 i.u. but Im patient and I like the low dose results and it's easier on the pocket book.

There is actually some basis to the comment, "food competes with GH." Everything I've read on GH seems to indicate you should take it when you have an empty stomach if you want the full fat burning effects. Marble would probably know more about this.

I take my hgh first thing in the am before eating. The reason for this is exactly as stated above, additional fat burning. Hgh raises your blood sugar, if you have glycogen in your liver (from food) that is where it will pull the energy from. If you have an empty stomach and have had for a while, your glycogen will be depleted and then your body will have to dip in to your fat stores in order to raise your blood sugar.
