thanks gentlemen. those pics are about two years apart.(oct03'-june05'). i think the main difference is, i really tried to stay in shape all winter. ive been doing cardio since last summer, and just getting carbs pwo, for the most part. tren has a lot to do with the extra hardness, ive been on since mid dec, even though some suggest its making my prolactin levels two high, therefore im not getting in the shape i could. :shocked: so i have decided to drop it in preperation for the golds classic at the end of oct. i also tweeked my workout split a little, to one body part a day.....chest, back, legs, shoulders, and arms. i can really focus like this, and stay motivated for intense workouts. also ill be doing cardio first thing in the morning now, instead of pwo.
