IGF-1 question

hey guys. i got my package today and i was wondering if it matters if igf gets warm. i know someone said before its fine if you leave it out of the fridge. one more thing. do you have to stir it up before you draw out?? it kinda looks like there are little fibers or hairs inside. let me know what you think

Bro if it got warm then i might worry a tad, but i doubt it got warm, maybe it wasnt cold or it was at room temp when recieved, but i cant see how it would be actualy warm, if so then you will just have to see how it it goes, i know your pack arrived in less the 24 hours from time of shipping though,

no sorry, i didnt really mean warm warm, but it wasnt fridge cold. it should be aight.

Room temperature is fine though most bros keep it in the fridge. You don't really have to stir it up. IGF is a fragile molecule so you only want to _very gently_ swirl it just a bit if at all.

it should be fine...just try to keep it cool all the time...
