Igf Off Time

they say the average IGF cycle is 25-50 days with the same amount of off time. what would happen if you use it for longer than 50 days like 100 days. with a half life that short why do you need so much time to recover. just wondering

get your body to normal state.. a break is always recommended for any supplements that you take that helps or alters your body own production...always better to take breaks...my two cents

IGF and GH downregulate each other. That means that using IGF will reduce levels of GH besides losing its own effectiveness after a certain period of time. For most folks, four weeks is the average cycle time. You then have to let your body recover back to normal which in the case of IGF takes about as long as you were on.

Because your body starts working against it making it less and less effective over time, just like it does to GH, so you need that off time to let your body return to homeostasis before hoping back on. So when u hop back on your body won't be expecting it and you'll it'll work again, mind you it is more complicated then what i stated, i just simplified it because i don't feel like goin into the science geek stuff right now i'm tired, lol.

thanx bro. do you guys feel its better to use it alone or with AS. im thinkin of tryin it alone so i can see the results from just igf alone

It works synergistically with AAS, the igf-1 makes new muscle cells, the aas mature's the new muscle and makes the cells larger :).

when i use both together i dont really know what is doin what but if i use it alone i will be able to see its full potential. so you guys like to use it with gear?? im thinkin my dose was a bit low to see dramatic results. im going to up it for the next run
