i am planning on doing lr3igf1 in my next cycle and was curious as to the inj technique post workout. i have noticed that most will inj the muscle that is being worked that day. which leads to the question....do you split the inj between the muscles i.e. i am doing bi's today therefore i will inj half in one and half in the other? or do you alternate weeks if training one body part per week?
