a bit of gyno...

So, I noticed the other day that I am actually getting a bit of gyno under my right pec. Is there any way to reverse this other than losing weight? It's not bad, or even noticeable to anyone else, YET, but I don't want it to be. I went ahead and ordered some of MC's anti-E stuff, is there anything else that I should be taking? PCT right now is Nolva, Provirinum, and HCG...

up the nolva. losing weight wont help it, infactif its big enough losing wieght will make it more noticable. what dose nolva r u taking now?

I don't know what the exact dose is but I was told to take 1 tab a day and decided recently to take 2 a day. I think I should have been taking two a day the whole way through because it has made the nips a little less spikey.

Get some femera from MC. It stops the aromatizing in the first place.

I used a combo of MC's nolva and femara. Worked wonders in days. I was freaked out badly too. Huge lump, super sensative and I even squeezed milk. I can't say enough about how good it worked.

if u have high estrogen levels right now then the only thing to prevent gyno will be the nolva. I would stay with two tabs (40mg) or even go up to 3 tabs (60mg) for a bit and see if that helps the situaiton. femera will help prevent aromatization and thus keep more estrogen from entering your system. but you need some nolva to deal with whats in there because it binds to the places up under your nips that the estrogen would (estrogen binding there is the cause of gyno) thus preventing the estrogen from binding there

ive only had trouble once before i was running ldex at .25 mgs ed and my nips got real puffy and they hurt like a mother. i used 60 mgs for 3 days and 80mgs for 2 days and everything was ok. then i continued to run 10 mgs for the remainder of the cycle to help prevent it from happening again

When did you first notice this??? I know some ppl have developed gyno from taking HCG during PCT b/c of the sudden increase in estrogen. If its from estrogen then def take nol and I wouldnt run it lower than 40mgED and you may need to go to 60mg like Ton stated.
