Thought I would post my 14 week progress

I took everything into account and made the best 14 weeks possible. Amongst a split-up with my wife, maintaining my company (I own) and a few other personal downfalls, I managed to stay on track with my training program. The first you will see the before version of a man that works a desk job 6 days a week and doesn't do a damn thing more.

Some more final pics

Here are a few more final pics. This is before the IGF-1 cycle that I just got done with. I have been lifting a total of 19 weeks so far but these where taken 14 weeks into it.

The last time I had worked out was over 4 years ago.

He'll be ok. I have seen his girl. Anytime you get down, just look at her.

Thanks Bill,

Yeah, the good thing about her is that 1. she is willing to work things out 2. she is hott as hell and 3. she loved me even when I was the lard ass in the first pic :) gotta love that!
