I wanted to know if there were anything to help with the fatigue side effect of IGF-1. 4 months ago I did 40mcg a day and I thought it made me pretty tired. Like everyone else I have a very busy day with lots of things to take care of I wanted to know if there was any supplements or change of diet that would help combat that problem.

Thanks

I would think this is mainly becuase of the decrease in T3 when on IGF. Have you ever ran T3 with it. I didn't have any issues with fatige at 100mcg/day but I was running T3 as well.

I injected in the evening after work about 30 minutes prior to my workout. I slept well at night, and wasn't tired during the day.

Thanks guys, I have never ran T3 before in any cycle maybe I'll give it a try. I'll stick to my workouts at night and inject before workout or before bed and see how it goes.

The fatigue that comes with the IGF kicks in around the time you are going to bed, instead of the middle of the day when you apply in the evening rather than morning.

First thing in the AM before the first AM meal, then gym, then back home for a 45minute nap then shower then eat then work. Not anymore tired than usual.

try to keep you insulin/sugar intake steady this might help-don't know haven't ran the stuff yet will let you know when I start in a couple of days :)
if the fatigue becomes a problem then I'll go with a shot after work (preworkout) and then again before bed-this will space the shots out 4-5 hours should justify the means instead of all post work out
