I wonder often if my booze intake impeades my gains? I don't drink too heavy but on a Saturday night I usually like to go out and get sauced from time to time. Sometimes Sunday I will watch ball and bathe in a 12 pack. I know not to drink on cycles but I was wondering if drinking a few days a week can cause the process of muscle regeneration to stop or slow. I always take extra vitamins before I drink too because I know alcohol can deprive you body especially of vitamin B.

One of these week I plan on drinking from Friday to Sunday, only ordering out and wearing adult diapers as not to get off the couch all weekend will be my goal!
 
I think ONE or a few from time to time is ok but you make it a weekly habit and go overboard. To be honest, its like taking one step forward and two steps back.
Progress will be very slow if you continue down that path.
 
i know back when i was drinkin, i would drink on friday and saturday nights. i could never break 200lbs. noteven with gear. i would always ride the border. after a weekend of drinkin i would loose a few lbs, eather water or whatever. sence i stopped drinking ive been able to reach about 218, on-cycle. im done with my cycle and im at about 213. im kind of curious to see where i end up after pct. ive lost a couple lbs due to igf.
thats just my experience
 
I love getting trashed, it in my genes. But I only do it a couple times a year now. I really don't even get that trashed either, just enough to not get sick. That ruins it for me. Not to mention diet goes to shit when drinking heavily.
