couple of quick questions

1) is the LR3IGF-1 temp sensative or can it be stored at room temp?
2) what is the best type of slin pin to use?
3) I take it that the best time to take it is before bed with a high calorie simple carb drink?
 
Not so much sensative to heat, but I keep it in the fridge. Its more about the PH of the aqueous solution (MC is AA) that the hormone is sensitive to.
I have always been happy with Terumo www.getpinz.com
I take it 30 minutes prior to training on workout days and before bed on non training days. Next time I run it will be 2X per day everyday. 1shot AM post workout and 1shot PM before bed
 
hmm, don't really want to keep it in the fridge in case one of my roommates start snooping around would room temp be OK or would that upset the balance?
 
befgore i had a fridge in my room i would keep it in a small cooler and change the ice pack every day. slin pins come 1, .5, and .3. you can use eather one but its easier to measure with a .5 and even easier with .3. i dont think that gpz has the .3

with the new chemistry don't see a reason to mess with the slin when it's easier and all around better just to take the IGF
 
yeah I'll go with the 1st thing in the morning and after work idea...if fatigue becomes a problem then I might switch to after work and before bed with a complex/simple carb drink.
Though I would think that if I kept some sugar on me during work and I started feeling sluggish that this would "snap" me out of it-by kicking up my blood sugar level
