So I studied this site from tit to tat and thought I was ready to make a brew. I had some Test Enan powder lyeing around so I wanted to play with that.

I did everything I was supposed to do. When the powder melted down, I added my Safflo. Once the Safflow touched the powder liquid, it automatically went cloudy. Now I have a mixing beaker full of cloudy stuff....heheh help me please!

I used 5% BA and did not use any BB. I was confused on this part becuase every other reciple I have read says to use 2% BA and 20% BB.

Is this the problem? Should I wait a little and let it cool down and then re-heat?

Any help please...its just sitting there asking me to fix it!!!!

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee hehehe somebody answer!

If the mixture is a chalky white on top with a yellowish on the bottom...should I let it sit and see what happens? If i filter it now, will the hormones get "stuck" in the Stericup .22um filter?

hmm no idea persoanly maybe someone else will pop in with the know

hehe thanks bro...i decided to filter it like i said and I just checked on it and its filtering properly...about a drop every couple seconds.
Im just worried because it is the farthest thing from clear hehe. everything ive read says it should be "see through".
It was a small test batch so Im just playing around and dont really care the outcome. I just want to know if the hormones are going to be "stuck" in the filter as opposed to being in the filtered media.

Ok guys...I fixed my issue.

Listen up carefully new chemists! LEARN TO HAVE PATIENCE! My problem was I didn’t let the hormone/ba cool down a little bit. I got to hot-to-trot and just threw in the oil. Once I did that the solution automatically turned cloudy.

It wasn’t filtering properly (like 1ml in an hour) so I decided to take it out of the filter and re-heat it. After about 5 mins during re-heating and stirring, like magic it came into suspension. (I hope I am using the proper words here)

Now I have to bitch about something. These stupid filters are crap. I have already cracked 2 of them and am to pissed to open a third. There are tiny bubbles coming up from the bottom of the Stericup. I think im going to order a bigger filter (.4 instead of .2um)

Wow this is fun heheh besides the gear for cheap, knowing it is clean and actually overdosed….its interesting. Makes me wanna go back to school!

Alright guys and gals…good nite.

huh...I didn't think you were supposed to directly heat the hormone???

I thought you just mix it all together heat it...make sure it doesn't crash...heat a little more, filter, and then bottle.

This test e was a solid chunk and was taking forever to dissolve so i used a little heat. i didnt want the hormone to heat up directly so i used a small frying pan with water that came to a boil then i took it off the stove and let it sit in it and stired it.
like i said above, that is where i think it went wrong.

hummmm, I;ve never had teest E go cloudy on me. I have never exposed mine to that much heat though, when I did it that way I would always use low heat. And I agree with oil based gear .22 are a bitch. About the ba only, you'll be fine you really only need alittle ba for sterilty help with test E as it is oil soluble.

what filtration set up you using....hand pump or vac? When you say you 'cracked' two, are you talking about hte filter itself or the plactic receiver flask?

Im using the vac hand pump! hehe and I was refering to the recivers. They are sooo sensitive.

I have since made a couple more batches and learnt from my mistakes.
